But Linc’s past is as dark as midnight, and it’s waiting for him back at the ranch. Linc and Jess have more than a storm standing between them and their happily ever after. Will they weather it together, or will he be forced to push her away to keep her safe?

Book Review

I am so sad to see this series come to an end. It was so good and I loved reading about Jess and Linc. Both of these characters deserved their happy ending. Forever After All is the sixth and final book in Mandi Blake’s Wolf Creek Ranch series.

Jess and Linc were both hurting from their past. They had known the world to be hard and unfair and they were just trying to get by. It was fun to read about them growing and learning to trust God more. Linc had to see that God was good and in control even when life felt crazy. Jess had to learn to trust God’s plan and what it looked like to let others in.

I loved reading about Jess and Link falling in love and seeing their friendship grow. Their friendship was so cute. The romance was sweet and the progression of the plot was interesting. This book kept my attention as I tried to figure out how Linc and Jess would end up together.

I also adored getting to see the side characters and their interactions. I love how Blake was able to sprinkle in faith along with the romance. Forever After All is a wonderful book and I would definitely recommend it. I have loved this series from the beginning and this was a wonderful ending. Forever After All is a clean Christian contemporary romance.

The Other Side is a gripping second chance romance and the fifth book in the Wolf Creek Ranch series.

Book Review:

This was an intense but really good book. The Other Side is the fifth book in Mandi Blake’s Wolf Creek Ranch series. This was one of Blake’s more serious books but it was still really good. Blake has a talent for creating characters that are real and who learn to trust God.

Thea was a complicated character and it took me a little while to get to know her. Thea was just trying her best. She was living in an impossible situation and she didn’t know how to hope anymore. Thea had to learn to trust that God had a plan and how to let Brett back into her life. There were so many things working against her and she needed to learn that God was in control.

I liked Brett. He had been through a lot and he was learning to trust in God’s plan. He had been hurt when Thea left but he truly did care about her. Brett had to learn what it would look like to love Thea in a way that helped her. Brett was such a sweet character and I loved reading about him interacting with Thea, you could really see that he loved her.

I enjoyed the romance and seeing these characters fall in love. They had both been through a lot and it was sweet to read about them connecting. They both had a lot of growing to do. I always adore seeing old characters, they really added to the story. I am also super excited for the next book!

The Other Side is a great read and it needs to be on your TBR! The Other Side is a clean Christian contemporary romance.

Book Review:

Ahh, this was just too cute! I have been really enjoying this series and this one is my favorite so far. Better Together is the fourth book in Mandi Blake’s Wolf Creek Ranch series. Marriage of convenience is one of my favorite troups so I was really excited to read this one. And I couldn’t wait to read Remi and Colt’s story, I knew that it was going to be good.

Remi was an interesting character but I loved her. She was kind and full of life. Life had not always been kind to her and she made her mistakes, but God was kind. It was cool to read about Remi learning to trust God more and to trust Colt. I loved Remi’s relationship with Colt, he was her steady. Remi had to learn to let go of her past and trust that God was faithful through everything.

Colt was an awesome character. He had me from the beginning. I loved his heart and how he cared deeply for those around him. He was such a sweetheart to Remi and you could tell that he loved Abby and Ben, his niece and nephew. Colt had to learn to trust in God’s plan and wait on Remi.

Remi and Colt were just wonderful characters. I fell in love with them from the beginning. They were relatable and I loved watching them fall in love. I really like how they were friends first and how real their friendship felt.  I felt so bad for both of them, they had been through a lot. It was sweet to read about Remi and Colt as they came together to raise Colt’s niece and nephew. They were trying their best to love the kids and each other.

The romance was lovely and I adored the kids. Abby and Ben helped make the story. They were kids and it was cute to read about them interacting with Colt and Remi. I love the family aspects of Blake’s books. I also love how Blake weaves faith so seamlessly into her books. God was at the center of her books. Remi and Colt were learning to trust in God’s plan and to go to Him when life felt hard.

Better Together is just an amazing book! I would totally recommend it! It can be read standalone but I think that it is better read as part of the series. I am so excited to read the next book. Better Together is a clean Christian contemporary, marriage of convenience, friends to more romance.

Book Review:

This was just a great book! I was excited for this book and hopeful that I would like it and it was wonderful! The Only Exception is the third book in Mandi Blake’s Wolf Creek Ranch series.

Cheyenne had a past and a desire to provide for her family. Cheyenne was tired and at the end of herself so she took a job to spy on Ridge Cooper never expecting to find a home instead. There were times when I wanted to shake Cheyenne but there were also times when I understood her. She was just trying her best, but she needed to learn that God was the one in control. Cheyenne needed to let go of her past hurts and look to the future.

Ridge had so much hidden in him. It was so interesting to learn more about him and see past his walls. He was fiercely loyal but that could get him into some trouble. Ridge was a wonderful character and I was drawn to his story from the beginning. He had to learn to trust God and those around him.

The characters were engaging and I grew to love Ridge and Cheyenne as I read their story. They both had their struggles but they learned to trust God and each other. I love how faith is prominent in Blake’s books. The plot was engaging, and I was wondering how Ridge and Cheyenne were going to end up together when there were so many secrets between them. The side characters are always a lot of fun and I am beyond excited for the next book!

The Only Exception is a must read! It can be read standalone but it is much more fun to read it in order. The Only Exception is a clean, sweet Christian romance. The story draws you in and the characters become your friends.

Almost Everything is the second book in the Christian romance Wolf Creek Ranch series.

Book Review:

This was just a sweet book! I enjoy reading Mandi Blake’s books because they always shine Christ throughout the book and they have happily ever afters. Almost Everything was another wonderful book! I was excited to see how this book would turn out and it was really good!

Everly was such a sweet character, she was really thoughtful and kind. I liked Everly from the beginning and I felt so bad for her as she tried to pick up the pieces of her life. She had everything until it all crashed and burned. I loved how strong Everly was and how she tried to lean on God even when her life felt crazy. However Everly also had to learn how to stand up for herself and how to rest in God’s plan.

Blake was a fun character. He had loved Everly for a long time but he stayed away because she was engaged. However now she was single but she was also reeling from her break up. I liked how honorable Blake was and how he respected Everly. He didn’t try to push his feelings on her. It was cute to read about him interacting with Everly and seeing how much he liked her. He really cared for and he wanted her to be happy. Blake would have to learn how to listen to Everly and not just try to fix things for her.

Blake and Everly were fun to read about together. They had an easy chemistry especially because they had a lot of history together. Blake was Everly’s brother’s best friend and he was also her friend. I liked the easy interactions. It was interesting to read about them falling in love and working through their struggles. They had a lot of hurdles to jump over.

I really liked the side characters and I spotted at least two different books in the making! I liked Everly’s brother, Ridge, and I am super excited for him to get his own book. It looks like there is going to be quite a story.

Almost Everything was a lovely read and I would totally recommend it! The characters are sweet and I love how faith is woven so seamlessly into the story. Almost Everything is a clean Christian contemporary romance.

Book Review:

This was a sweet book. I was excited to see that Mandi Blake was writing a new series and it was such a good start to the series. Truth is a Whisper is the first book in Mandi Blake’s series, Wolf Creek Ranch. And I am so excited to see how this series and these characters will turn out!

Ava had gone through a lot in her life. Her mother was not the kindest woman and Ava had been beaten down most of her life. She didn’t know her own worth. However, coming back to Wolf Creek Ranch changed everything for her. She found her family again and a place to belong. I liked Ava’s growth as a character, she learned to trust God and those around her. Ava was a sweet character and she hated conflict, she wanted to help those around her. It was cute to see how Jameson and Ava connected, Jameson made Ava feel safe. However Ava will have to come to terms with her mother and learn that there were secrets that kept her from her family on the ranch.

I was super excited to read Jameson’s book! He had been in other books and I couldn’t wait to read more about him. He was such a sweetheart in this book. I loved his hardworking attitude and how he cared for Ava. He had fallen hard for her before and it was definitely cute to read about him interacting with her. Jameson wanted the best for Ava and he wanted her to see her worth and hope in Christ. However Jameson had to learn to trust God and see that he did not have to prove himself to anyone.

Jameson and Ava were a fun couple to read about. They had their problems, but I liked how they trusted each other and worked it out together. I also adored Ava’s grandfather and the other characters on the ranch. I can’t wait to see what other stories Blake writes about these characters! I really enjoy how Blake is able to weave faith and God in so seamlessly without making it over-bearing.

Truth is a Whisper was a great book! I would definitely recommend it! Mandi Blake is definitely an author to check out. Truth is a Whisper is a clean Christian contemporary romance.
