She’s in her seeking Prince Charming era, not her playboy villain era.

But after he saves her from the world’s worst date, Holly sees an opportunity: Jax may not check any of the boxes on her list, but he’s the perfect person to help her find a man who does.

All she has to do is stick to the plan—and stay out of the sexy bartender’s arms.

Book Review:

What a fun book! I was so excited for this one and it was such a delight to read! We already got to meet Jax in Seasons Scheming (which was amazing too!) and now he gets his own story!

Holly is looking for the One. and Jaxon definitely is not it. But when he saves her from the world’s worst date, she sees an opportunity for him to help her find her Prince Charming. I think Holly was super relatable. She had always followed the plan and stayed in the lines, but found herself at a loss when her plans seemed to stall. Jax offered her a new perspective and some hard truths. I loved seeing her explore and push herself outside of her comfort zone. Jax was the catalyst for her to discover what she could truly do, but she stepped out herself and tried new things.

Jaxon was so sweet! He was guarded in many ways, but he connected so quickly with Holly. They clicked and were able to open up to one another. They complemented one another! I loved seeing how he was also settling into himself and chasing his dreams. It was so fun to see Maddie and Seb too! I love their sibling relationship.

This was so charming and fun! I loved seeing their romance progress and how both of them settled into themselves as people as well. They had to learn what they wanted and to not let fear trap them! It is a closed-door romcom with some innuendos and PG-13 type humor. There is also past dealings of infidelity though not with the main characters.

I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book which I received from the author. All views expressed are only my honest opinion, I was not required to write a positive review.
